Overview:
The Logistia Cluster is an international network of over 70 companies that include system suppliers, machine and equipment manufacturers, component manufacturers, subcontractors and solutions suppliers. Logistia’s headquarter is in Finland and their focus is B2B logistics.
Objectives:
- Social media brand development

Actions:
- We reorganized the presence of Logistia across the social media landscape and created new ‘embassies’ where the brand was needed but wasn’t present yet.
- Crafted a new media strategic communications plan that goes hand in hand with the brand’s more traditional communications channels and we created Logistia TV, a media channel that gives online voice to the brand.
- Study and analysis of Logistia’s digital presence to offer a better positing and competitive advantage.
- The digital brand positioning was synced with the marketing and PR plans of the brand.
- The Logistia website has been entirely redesigned. We created a custom wordpress design which reflect Logistia’s communications strategy.
- Search engine optimized the new website to guarantee higher ranking in search results.
- Internal strategic training to use the new website for brand manager, marketing and PR.
Results:
- Logistia TV peaked 2000 views and counting.
- Traffic improved 25% (in the first month after the launch).
- Logistia is now positioned at the top of Google’s search results.
- Increased the network’s size of contacts and foreign partners creating major potential for the international brand development.
